USDA Orders Mandatory Testing for Interstate Movement of Dairy Cattle

The USDA announced actions today requiring mandatory testing for interstate movement of dairy cattle which they say will help the USDA and its federal partners get ahead of the disease and limit is spread. These measures are effective April 29, 2024.
